Abu Alex Mathew, Director of Business Operations at iVP Semi, is responsible for managing industry partnerships, business operations, and government
engagement. With over 12 years of experience in consulting, public policy, and financial services, he plays a key role in fostering growth and collaboration across multiple sectors in India and abroad.

In his previous role with the Government of Tamil Nadu’s investment promotion wing, Abu facilitated outreach and attracted global and national private investments in electronics and data centers. His professional experience also includes roles at PwC India, the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI), UBS India, and D.E. Shaw & Co.

Abu holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Madras and has completed an Executive Program in General Management (EPGM) at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
