G S Madhusudan is the CEO and co-founder or InCore Semiconductors, India's first processor IP company. He was also one of the co-founders of the IIT Madras Shakti processor project. 

He is a veteran of the electronics and computing technology industry with nearly 4 decades of experience in tech startups and R&D organizations across the world. He is an advisor to variousgovt departments and was a member of the GOI AI task force.
