In his present role he manages 300+ consultants in business advisory and tech consulting across various industry sectors for digital transformation across the manufacturing value chain (covering supply chain, digital engineering, Industrie 4.0 and Data&AI enabled Intelligent Insights) He is one of Top 100 Industrial IOT Influencers of 2018 and Top 50 Innovative Leaders of Manufacturing in India for 2019 and for his contributions to global Industrial IoT and Industrie 4.0 ecosystem. Prior joining to Capgemini Invent he was working as Head-Industrial IOT Solutions and Platforms at L&T Construction and prior to that he has setup INDEC 4.0 global digital manufacturing competency center for Industrie 4.0 across their business units. He has served various leadership roles at L&T Technology Services as Global Head- Digital Engineering IT solutions, Global Practice Head- Plant Solution Frameworks at TCS, Global Practice Head-Manufacturing IT & Plant Automation at HCL technologies and India Head- Enterprise Process Solutions at Ramco Systems.
